Cancel order
As a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
You can submit a cancellation notice by completing the form below. Please provide your order number and specify the products you wish to cancel as accurately as possible.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation notice by email as soon as possible.
The customer is responsible for the immediate return costs incurred by returning the product, unless the product is incorrect, defective, or delivered incorrectly.
The product to be returned must be sent back without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is made.
Digital products, online courses, and other electronically delivered content are delivered to the customer after payment.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery will begin immediately after purchase. For this reason, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act expires once the delivery of the digital content or the right to use the service has begun.
